Are you being paid to TRAVEL in your car? If not, then your car is a “recreational vehicle” for “travel use” and you are not a “Driver” in a “motor vehicle” “operating” in commerce. (“Driver”, “motor vehicle” and “operator” are all commercial terms.)
You have the right to travel in your car without a Driver’s License and Registration! Two-hundred years of case law supports this fact that has been deliberately kept from you.

Traveling to work, running errands for necessities, visiting friends and family and basically pursuing your Life, Liberty and Happiness is your God-given right and supported by the U.S. Constitution. Doing these things and more in your car (your private property) is NOT commercial activity on the roadways, highways, freeways, byways, etc.
Do you call the state government and ask for permission to travel in your car to take a sick child to the hospital? Do you call the STATE and ask permission to deliver groceries to your grandmother? Do you ask permission to go anywhere you want to go whenever you want to? If you carry a Driver’s License, you basically do just that.
ALL licensing is nothing more than permission to do what you have the inherent, God-given right to do. Anything you are told you are required to do and don’t do, such as using a Driver’s License and carrying registration, which if you fail to do results in coercion under threat of violence, is nothing more than extortion and slavery. This is an irrefutable fact.
If you think a Driver’s License is necessary for producing safe drivers/travelers, then why do nearly 100% of all accidents involve licensed people? That’s like saying we need “government” because we need someone to build and fix our roads, which get built and fixed by hard-working men and women, not by “government.”
The “government” does not own the roads or the freeways or the highways—they belong to We the People. And you have the right to use them as your life prescribes in your private conveyance (your “car,” NOT your “motor vehicle”).
The wool has been pulled over our eyes for far too long. And now that you’ve read this, you’re probably like so many others who have had that “Aha!” moment and realized that your right to travel free and unrestricted and exempt from extortion is your inherent right and basic common sense.

ACTUAL Commercial traffic and your gas taxes pay for the upkeep of our roads, NOT the billions of dollars extorted through licensing and registration (why do we need to register the same car every year?).
